Crockpot Curry Chicken
This chicken is thrown together in no time and turns out delicious. It is a foolproof recipe you will return to again and again.

Crockpot curry chicken

Ingredients
- 1-2 lbs chicken breast
- 1 Jar of Maya Kamal Squash Curry (or curry sauce of choice)
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 cup of bone broth
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- Cilantro & peanuts to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except for cilantro and peanuts to the crockpot. Cook on low for 4 hours, shred chicken.
- Top with cilantro, scallions, and peanuts.
