Ingredients

  • 1-2 lbs chicken breast
  • 1 Jar of Maya Kamal Squash Curry (or curry sauce of choice)
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 cup of bone broth
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Cilantro & peanuts to taste

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except for cilantro and peanuts to the crockpot. Cook on low for 4 hours, shred chicken.
  2. Top with cilantro, scallions, and peanuts.
