Burger Bowls
These Cheeseburger Bowls are 🔥 Everyone absolutely LOVES this meal… and I love how easy it is to make and clean up!

Burger Bowls

This makes weeknight dinner a breeze! The best part is you can mix and match toppings so that everyone gets what they want.
Ingredients
For the bowls
- 18 oz frozen French fries, baked
- 7 oz green leaf lettuce, chopped
- 1 pint sweet grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 red onion, sliced thin
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 scallions, sliced thin
- 1 avocado, cubed
- 4 dill pickle slices, diced
- 1 1/4 lb ground chuck
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
For the sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp sweet relish
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp pickle juice
Instructions
- 1. Cook fries in the oven or air fryer according to package instructions. Prep your lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, scallion, pickles and avocado and set aside.
- 2. In a small bowl combine mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish, sugar and pickle juice and whisk until totally combined.
- 3. Heat you oil in a large pan over medium high heat. Add in your ground beef and seasonings and stir to combine. Cook until browned, about 5 to 6 minutes. Sprinkle in your shredded cheese and mix until melty.
- 4. Remove your friends from the oven and get ready to build your bowl! We like setting it up like a taco bar - that way everyone gets to make it how they like!
